Things to remember when using the toolkit

Different people know different things. If something here feels familiar or well-trodden ground to you, move on until you find something that doesn’t.

Recognise we will be generalising throughout this website. All theatres, practitioners and casting processes have their own unique approaches, quirks and idiosyncrasies, and we can’t encompass all of these.

This website is designed to disrupt how casting – and everything that surrounds it – happens. That’s not because we thinking casting and everyone associated with it are rubbish, just that it will need a refresh to deliver change on our stages and in our rehearsal rooms.
